Fairly clean hotel, the staff was very, very nice.
Location: the hotel was just off old colonial buildings/church, all the tourist attractions, and Docas und Ver-O-Peso, both reachable on foot. Really enjoyed a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room...

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the AC. We were happy that they offered free coffee and tea in the lobby and that they had a 24-hour reception. Plus, it was great that the hotel was located near the main tourist attractions and public transportation was easily accessible.
The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe and there were no nearby restaurants open during the holiday. the breakfast did not have many options and the food was not very tasty.

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it! The staff, especially the young woman who helped us during check-in, were so friendly and helpful. The hotel's breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also loved the location, as it was within walking distance of the local Docas Restaurants and other main spots in Belém. The 24-hour reception and security personnel made us feel safe and well taken care of. Plus, the "Bombons de cupuaçu" at the reception were a delightful treat!

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the service was impeccable. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with key attractions within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary parking, which was very convenient.
The surrounding area is not the safest, especially for solo female travelers. We would recommend using transportation at night and being cautious when on foot.
