Fairly clean hotel, the staff was very, very nice.

Location: the hotel was just off old colonial buildings/church, all the tourist attractions, and Docas und Ver-O-Peso, both reachable on foot. Really enjoyed a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room...

We liked almost everything, had very pleasant experience.

We were met by HELPFUL, friendly personnel.

the stay here was perfectly pleasant, loved the hotel, it was clean with favourable location very close to the '' ver-o-peso market ''. the staff were amicable and helpful all the time.

The room they gave us for free was spacious and had AC, a safe, and a TV with lots of channels. the service here was pretty good overall. 👍

It's a great location for exploring the historic center and other attractions. the 24-hour reception and security personnel provide a sense of safety and convenience, even for late-night arrivals. the room offers a nice view and is comfortable. the breakfast is excellent, and there is a variety of options to choose from. the staff, especially the young woman who checked us in, were lovely and helpful. Parking is available on-site, and there's even a microwave for guests to heat up food.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the AC. We were happy that they offered free coffee and tea in the lobby and that they had a 24-hour reception. Plus, it was great that the hotel was located near the main tourist attractions and public transportation was easily accessible.

The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe and there were no nearby restaurants open during the holiday. the breakfast did not have many options and the food was not very tasty.

We also loved the location, as it was within walking distance of the local Docas Restaurants and other main spots in Belém. The 24-hour reception and security personnel made us feel safe and well taken care of. Plus, the "Bombons de cupuaçu" at the reception were a delightful treat!
